​1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By using our website and/or booking a tattoo appointment, you accept these terms and conditions, as well as any other policies included on the site.

2. TATTOO SERVICES

Our services include, but are not limited to, custom tattoo designs and artistic creations on the skin.

• Clients must be of legal age (18 years or older) to receive a tattoo at our studio.

• If you are under 18, you must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

 

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

When booking an appointment, the client agrees to provide accurate and truthful information.

• A deposit or full payment for tattoo services must be made in accordance with our payment policies.

• The deposit is non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

 

4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Failure to do so will result in the deposit being non-refundable.

 

5. HEALTH CONDITIONS

It is important that the client is in good health when receiving a tattoo.

• We will not tattoo individuals under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that may affect healing or the tattooing process.

• The client agrees to disclose any relevant medical conditions before the appointment.

 

6. AFTERCARE

It is the client’s responsibility to follow the aftercare instructions provided by the studio to ensure proper healing.

• We are not responsible for complications resulting from improper aftercare.

 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, tattoos, photographs, logos, and the Dr Zeus Tattoo Art brand are the exclusive property of the studio until full payment is completed.

• Reproduction or use of these materials is not permitted without the studio’s explicit consent.

 

8. PRIVACY POLICY

The privacy of your personal data is important to us.

• Please refer to our Privacy Policy to learn how we collect, use, and protect your information.

 

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Dr Zeus Tattoo Art is not responsible for:

• Any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of our website.

• Issues related to the tattooing process that arise from failure to follow provided instructions.
